Koubek Center To Present Short Films From Festival De Cine Y Derechos Humanos

The Koubek Center will present 15 short films about human rights that were part of the annual Festival de Cine y Derechos Humanos. The virtual event will take place from Jan. 26-30 starting at 8 a.m.

This year’s festival focused on promoting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. All of the films are in Spanish but will include English subtitles.

The event is in partnership with the Centro Cultural Español de Miami, which seeks to develop relationships between Spain and the U.S.

Attendees must RSVP to access the presentation. Upon registration, they will receive an email that includes a link and a password. The information is different for every day of the event.
