Lauren Henderson To Perform At Jazz At Wolfson Presents

Jazz singer Lauren Henderson will perform at Jazz At Wolfson Presents on Feb. 11 at the Wolfson Campus auditorium, 300 N.E. Second Ave., in Room 1261 at noon. 

The New York-based musician has been recognized by the Recording Academy for expanding the sounds of Latin America and was featured on the cover of Spotify’s Vocal Jazz playlist.

She has also completed sold-out tours in Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Poland, South Africa and Germany. 

Jazz at Wolfson Presents is an annual live music series at Miami Dade College aimed at honoring the art form of jazz. 

This year’s program, which started in September will run on a monthly basis through April 15. All concerts are free and open to the public and livestreamed.
