Museum Of Art + Design Hosts Pop Up Shop!
Miami Dade College’s Museum of Art + Design’s Pop Up Shop! will be held every third Saturday of the month at the Freedom Tower, 600 Biscayne Blvd., from noon to 8 p.m. The Pop Up Shop! allows locals and visitors to have a notable shopping experience in Miami. It also brings together a community of artists, designers, and makers to sell and expose their works.
In November the Pop Up Shop! will be hosting a BAZAAR BAR which is a one day makers market. This event will be held on the second floor of the Freedom Tower on Nov. 21 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
“The BAZAAR BAR is unique to this institution because of the long lasting connection it fosters between the museum and the participating makers, designers and artists,” said Elizabeth Buege, the event’s coordinator.
