New Class Registration System Started This Summer

Starting this summer semester, Miami Dade College introduced a new class registration format: MDConnect, developed by PeopleSoft.

The new format introduces a completely new design where everything has transitioned to a personalized version and students will be able to see everything at a glance.

It offers a calendar view of schedules and an immediate side view of a student’s: Holds, To Do list, Enrollment Dates, Advisor, Educational Links, Student Activities and MDC news.

Tabs accompany the class selection window and make navigation across different pages easier than the old format.

Students can also view a list of classes already completed as well as various links to their class selection process.
