Miami Dade College’s (MDC) School of Engineering and Technology is launching a new Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology this Fall.

The new program will prepare students to graduate with critical skills and knowledge to support the planning, design, and management of information.

The Information Systems Technology program will enable graduates to continue their education in the computer sciences and information technology fields.

Students are required to have a minimum 2.0 GPA, Associates in Art or an Associates in Science, and complete the prerequisite coursework.

The baccalaureate level courses will be offered initially at the North and Wolfson Campuses. Organizers hope to expand to other campuses in subsequent semesters.
